Management Team.

Usman Alhaji Shehu is an experienced administrative, banking, customer service, and community development professional with over 15 years of work experience across the banking and education sectors.

He currently serves as an Administrative Officer at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum, where he applies his administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Maiduguri, complemented by an HND in Social Development (Social Welfare) and a Diploma in Social Administration.

His earlier banking career with Intercontinental Bank, Diamond Bank and Access Bank provided substantial experience in customer service, account opening, regulatory documentation, sales, relationship management and branch operations.

Usman has demonstrated strong sales and customer-acquisition performance, receiving awards including Sales Champion, Best Product Seller, Account Opening Champion (2014) and Best Direct Sales Executive (2013).

Beyond his professional career, he has a strong commitment to community development and humanitarian service, including serving as Publicity Secretary of the Potiskum Education Development Association (PEDA).

Hamza is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience spanning engineering, banking, agribusiness and administration.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Disaster Risk Management from the University of Maiduguri, as well as an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.

Over the years, Hamza has built a diverse career that includes roles in quality control and production supervision in the manufacturing sector.

He has also held leadership positions in the banking industry as a Personal Banking Officer and Transaction Service Supervisor.

Since 2016, he has been actively involved in the agricultural sector, including sourcing and exporting agro-products to international markets.

With specialized training in health, safety, petroleum operations and process control, Hamza combines technical expertise with financial acumen and entrepreneurial drive.

Scott Oradi Ugbah is a senior IT Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Information & Communication Technology. He is a dedicated ICT professional with extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing innovative technology solutions.

Dr. Scott Oradi Ugbah holds a PhD degree in Digital Forensic Investigation Analysis from Walden University, United States.

He also holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from KwaZulu Natal and a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town, both from South Africa.

Scott has worked with several organizations and has held positions of high managerial and technical responsibility.

He is the ED Operations at Khadija-Brahim Foundation, founder of Cs24 Technologies Limited, Co-founder of Ritebuy24, founder of Elmante Global Resource Communications, and Co-founder of Pas41 Connect, a subsidiary of Pas41 LLC USA.

At Annour Agro Ventures, he is the Chief Operating Officer (COO), in charge of business operations, information technology and procurements.
